A fine finished brush is used to eliminate brush strokes. Brushes made with nylon or polyester bristles (or a nylon/polyester mix) work best with water-based latex paints, varnishes, and finishes. They hold their shape and stiffness, and last a long time with proper care. They are also easy to clean.
There are three categories of Fine Finish Synthetic Bristle Paint Brushes: Matey; Queen Wood; and Royal.
The brushes in these three categories are available with tapered polyester fill material, set in either a wood handle. These brushes are available with a sanded handle style and either beavertail, pencil or sash handle type. Other selectable parameters include: trim length; trim type; size; thickness; brush type; handle shape; brush grade/quality; bristle type; bristle quality; brush shape; bristle shape; use; features; and density.
